Requirements

• At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
• Proficiency in frame and structural repair, including pulling, straightening, and squaring.
• Commitment to quality repairs and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Team-first attitude and strong collaboration skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with I-CAR or ASE certifications.
• Familiarity with 3M products and industry-leading gear.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair, from minor damage to major structural rebuilds.
• Conduct panel and structural work, restoring damaged parts to factory specifications.
• Complete quality reassembly, ensuring proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
