Requirements

• At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
• Experience with frame and structural repair (pulling, straightening, squaring).
• Ability to work according to blueprints and fix issues correctly the first time.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50lbs.
• Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair, including straightening, aligning, and pulling.
• Conduct panel and structural work to restore parts to factory specifications.
• Perform quality reassembly, ensuring proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe work location.
