Requirements
- At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
- Experience with frame and structural repair (pulling, straightening, squaring).
- A commitment to quality repairs and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate with colleagues.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

- Sharp eye for detail, committed to tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
Responsibilities
- Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
- Perform full collision repair, from minor damage to frame rebuilds.
- Conduct panel and structural work to restore vehicles to factory specifications.
- Ensure quality reassembly and final touches.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
