Requirements
- At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
- Experience with frame and structural repair, including pulling, straightening, and squaring.
- A mentality that prioritizes doing the job right the first time.
- A sharp eye for detail, commitment to tightened bolts and perfected welds.
- Physically fit for the job, able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
Responsibilities
- Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts, ensuring clean and precise work.
- Perform full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
- Conduct panel and structural work, restoring damaged parts to factory specifications.
- Complete quality reassembly, focusing on fit and finish for final touches.
- Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
