Requirements

At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
Experience with frame and structural repair, including pulling, straightening, and squaring.
A commitment to performing repairs correctly the first time.
A sharp eye for detail, ensuring tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
A team-first attitude, with the ability to collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts, ensuring clean, precise repairs.
Perform full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
Conduct panel and structural work, bringing bent, twisted, or torn parts back to factory specifications.
Complete quality reassembly, focusing on fit and finish for final touches.
Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure efficient vehicle throughput.
Maintain a clean and safe work location, prioritizing tidiness and safety.
