Requirements

At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
Frame and structural repair knowledge (pulling, straightening, squaring).
A no-shortcuts mentality, with a commitment to blueprinting and fixing right the first time.
A sharp eye for detail, demonstrated by tightened bolts, perfected welds, and accountability.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate with colleagues.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts, ensuring clean and precise work.
Perform full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
Conduct panel and structural work, restoring bent, twisted, or torn components to factory specifications.
Execute quality reassembly, focusing on fit and finish to ensure final touches make a difference.
Collaborate effectively with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, prioritizing work location safety and tidiness.
