About The Position

This role is responsible for managing the receiving, verification, and organization of auto body parts. The assistant will ensure that delivered parts match repair orders, are correctly labeled, and stored appropriately. This position also involves handling returns and maintaining a clean and organized parts delivery area. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, possess knowledge of vehicle parts, and have strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Check delivered parts from suppliers for physical damage.
  • Compare delivered parts to the repair order description for correctness.
  • Mirror match the part to the part on the vehicle.
  • Label parts and pair the parts invoice to the repair order.
  • Organize parts on the assigned shelf.
  • Return wrong, incorrect, or damaged parts to the supplier.
  • Call for return and core credits, notating photos and notes in the file.
  • Keep the parts delivery area organized, clean, and neat.
