About The Position
The Body Shop Helper will perform duties across all aspects of the body repair process to include shuttling customers and vehicles to their proper destination, checking in parts, washing cars, cleaning the shops, offices and surrounding areas, repair documentation, digital images, writing estimates and supplements as needed, quality control checks, aiding in the repair process and all other tasks assigned by the management team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of experience
- Working knowledge of the automotive industry
- Aptitude and interest in automotive repair
- Strong administrative skills
- Strong computer skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Fluent English speaking and written communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Professional dress, speech, and behavior
- Ability to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles
- Clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Some post-secondary education or training
- Experience in the automotive service industry
