About The Position

We are currently seeking a Fully Licensed Auto Body Repair Technician (310B) to join our Collision Repair team. This role will be responsible for restoring damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition through high-quality collision and structural repairs, while working closely with estimators, management, and fellow technicians to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. CSN Listowel is proud to be part of the Auto Reset Group, which includes collision centres in Walkerton, Listowel, and Owen Sound, as well as an Appraisal Centre in Port Elgin. Our story began in Walkerton in 1962 with the opening of our very first shop. Since then, we’ve continued to grow, and we are proud to have served the residents of Listowel and surrounding communities since 2014. From the beginning, we’ve remained committed to delivering high-quality collision repair services built on integrity, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction. Requirements

  • Valid Ontario 310B Auto Body and Collision Damage Repairer License
  • Minimum 5+ years of industry experience
  • Strong collision repair and structural repair experience
  • Valid Ontario G Driver’s License
  • Own tools required
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Responsibilities

  • Review repair orders and complete repairs efficiently and accurately
  • Follow standardized production and repair processes
  • Repair and replace front-end components, body panels, doors, frame, and underbody components
  • Repair dents, buckles, and body damage using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Remove and replace damaged panels and components
  • Perform structural repairs using frame and underbody pulling and anchoring equipment
  • Complete welding repairs using MIG welders and spot weld equipment
  • Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and industry standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Mentor apprentices when required
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding repair timelines and workflow
