Requirements

  • Good time management skills.
  • Must be trustworthy & reliable.
  • Ability to work well with fellow team members.
  • Ability to understand the needs and wants of the customer.
  • Strong automotive background
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.
  • Must have clean & valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

  • Current or recent collision shop training or work experience a plus
  • I-Car and ASE certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Complete minor to major body-related repairs on vehicles
  • Tear down of vehicles to be repaired.
  • Inspect vehicles thoroughly and recommend a repair plan.
  • Coordinate vehicle repairs with other team members.
  • Inspect final repairs for quality control and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain quality standards of excellence.
  • Understand and deliver to the expectations of our customers.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and order of shop.
  • Maintain the proper functioning of all service tools and equipment.
