Requirements
- Good time management skills.
- Must be trustworthy & reliable.
- Ability to work well with fellow team members.
- Ability to understand the needs and wants of the customer.
- Strong automotive background
- Strong teamwork skills
- Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.
- Must have clean & valid driver's license.
Nice To Haves
- Current or recent collision shop training or work experience a plus
- I-Car and ASE certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Complete minor to major body-related repairs on vehicles
- Tear down of vehicles to be repaired.
- Inspect vehicles thoroughly and recommend a repair plan.
- Coordinate vehicle repairs with other team members.
- Inspect final repairs for quality control and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain quality standards of excellence.
- Understand and deliver to the expectations of our customers.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and order of shop.
- Maintain the proper functioning of all service tools and equipment.
