Auto Body Repair Technician - $4,000 Bonus
About The Position
We are looking for Experienced Auto Body Repair Technicians to join Carvana, a rapidly growing used automotive retailer. In this role, you will perform bodywork on multiple panels, including heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, roof and rocker panel repair, and large area, heavy bodywork (including Bondo repair). We utilize state-of-the-art tools in our high-tech Inspection Centers. For entry-level positions, we provide training programs to support skill and pay progression.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience
- Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
- Ability to sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
