About The Position

We are seeking Entry-level Auto Body Repair Technicians with a minimum of 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience to join Carvana, a rapidly growing used automotive retailer. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for paint, which includes tasks such as sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging/tear down, and buffing. Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience.
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment.
• Ability to sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
• Willingness to use safety equipment (face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment).
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.
