About The Position

Dent Wizard is seeking an experienced Auto Body Paint Technician to join their growing team. This role involves performing high-quality minor automotive reconditioning, including paint touch-ups and full surface repairs, using advanced spray equipment. Technicians will travel to customer locations, primarily dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions, to deliver fast and flawless results. The position offers uncapped earning potential and the opportunity to manage your day independently, similar to running your own business.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork
Strong attention to detail and color accuracy
Self-motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Must wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the form of a respirator in accordance with NIOSH Respiratory Protection Standards.
