About The Position

Dent Wizard is seeking an experienced Paint Technician to join their growing team. This role offers uncapped earning potential and the opportunity to manage your day with independence, similar to running your own business. The technician will travel to customer locations, primarily dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions, to perform high-quality minor automotive reconditioning, including paint touch-ups and full surface repairs using advanced spray equipment and techniques. The position requires prepping, blending, and finishing vehicle surfaces to perfection, delivering fast and flawless results that exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork
Strong attention to detail and color accuracy
Self-motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Must wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the form of a respirator in accordance with NIOSH Respiratory Protection Standards.

Responsibilities

Work independently at partner locations like dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions
