Auto Body Paint Technician
About The Position
Dent Wizard is seeking an experienced Auto Body Paint Technician to join their growing team. This role involves traveling to customer locations to perform high-quality minor automotive reconditioning, including paint touch-ups and full surface repairs, using advanced spray equipment. The technician will be responsible for prepping, blending, and finishing vehicle surfaces to perfection, working independently at partner locations such as dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions. The position offers uncapped earning potential and the opportunity to manage your day with independence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork
- Strong attention to detail and color accuracy
- Self-motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Required to wear the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the form of a respirator.
