About The Position
Dent Wizard is seeking an experienced Paint Technician to join their growing team. This position offers uncapped earning potential and the opportunity to work independently at partner locations such as dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions. The role involves performing high-quality minor automotive reconditioning activities, including paint touch-ups and full surface repairs, using advanced spray equipment and proven techniques. Technicians will be responsible for prepping, blending, and finishing vehicle surfaces to perfection, delivering fast and flawless results that exceed customer expectations. The position is 100% commission-based, with actual earnings varying based on individual performance. First-year earning potential is estimated between $50,000-$75,000, with long-term potential ranging from $70,000-$150,000+.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork
- Strong attention to detail and color accuracy
- Self-motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Required to wear the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the form of a respirator.
Responsibilities
