About The Position

Dent Wizard is hiring an experienced Auto Body Paint Technician to perform automotive reconditioning at customer and partner locations, including dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions. The role involves traveling to customers and completing work independently, from paint touch-ups to full-surface repairs, using advanced spray equipment and established techniques. Technicians prepare, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces and are expected to deliver fast, high-quality results that meet customer expectations. This position is 100% commission-based, with uncapped earning potential; actual compensation varies according to performance, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The job requires outdoor work in all weather conditions, physical activity including kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting up to 45 pounds. Technicians must wear appropriate respiratory PPE. Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork.
• Strong attention to detail and color accuracy.
• Self-motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to wear appropriate respiratory personal protective equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience or interest in training and certifications involving color matching systems, PPG, and BASF.
