About The Position
Dent Wizard is seeking an experienced Auto Body Paint Technician to join their growing team. This position offers uncapped earning potential and the opportunity to work independently at partner locations such as dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions. The role involves performing high-quality minor automotive reconditioning, including paint touch-ups and full surface repairs, using advanced spray equipment and proven techniques. Technicians will be responsible for prepping, blending, and finishing vehicle surfaces to perfection, delivering fast and flawless results that exceed customer expectations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork
- Strong attention to detail and color accuracy
- Self-motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Required to wear the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the form of a respirator
Responsibilities
- Travel to customers to perform high-quality minor automotive reconditioning activities such as paint touch-ups to full surface repairs using advanced spray equipment and proven techniques
- Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection
- Work independently at partner locations like dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions
- Deliver fast, flawless results that exceed expectations
