Auto Body Paint Technician- Experience Required
About The Position
Dent Wizard is seeking a motivated Auto Body Paint Technician to join their growing team. This role offers commission-based, uncapped earning potential, with first-year earnings estimated between $65,000-$75,000 and long-term potential of $70,000-$150,000+. The position involves traveling to customer locations to perform high-quality minor automotive reconditioning, including paint touch-ups and full surface repairs, using advanced spray equipment. Technicians will prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection, working independently at partner locations such as dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions, and delivering fast, flawless results.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork
- Strong attention to detail and color accuracy
- Self-motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Responsibilities
