About The Position

Dent Wizard is the nation’s undisputed leader in automotive reconditioning services and vehicle protection products. We are a stable, growing company with a strong business model and opportunities in 43 states. We repair 2.5 million vehicles annually and employ over 3,000 skilled individuals. This role offers a fully paid training program, including travel, food, and transportation. Compensation starts with an hourly rate during training, then transitions to a phased combo of hourly rate and commission as you build your customer base. The position is 100% commission-based with uncapped earning potential, with a long-term earning potential of $70,000-$150,000+.

Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks

Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs

Responsibilities

Travel to automotive customers to perform high-quality minor paint touch-ups to full surface repairs using advanced spray equipment and proven techniques
Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection
Work independently at partner locations like dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions
Deliver fast, flawless results that exceed expectations
