Requirements

• Experience in auto body, collision repair, or paint prep preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented
• Able to stay productive in a fast-paced shop

Responsibilities

• Sand and prep panels (feather-edge, remove defects)
• Apply filler and refine surfaces
• Mask vehicles (trim, glass, lights)
• Clean and degrease for paint adhesion
• Apply primers and sealers
• Inspect panels before paint
• Maintain tools and prep area
• Work closely with painters and technicians
