About The Position
Dent Wizard is seeking an entry-level Interior Repair Technician. This role involves traveling to customer locations to perform mobile interior repairs on vehicles. Responsibilities include repairing cosmetic damage such as rips, tears, burns, and stains, as well as mixing dyes and restoring surfaces to a like-new condition. The position also requires building strong customer relationships and promoting services. No prior experience is needed as comprehensive, paid training is provided.
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a passion for quality and precision
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 15 pounds
- Vision abilities including close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
