About The Position
The Maryland Department of Labor is currently accepting applications from qualified candidates for an Administrative Specialist III position within the Division of Workforce Development and Adult Learning (DWDAL). This position aims to create a classroom learning environment where assigned inmate students can make measurable progress toward obtaining introductory Electrical Wiring skills needed for entry-level employment upon release. Successful completion of the course will prepare students for an introductory pre-apprenticeship course in the electrical trade and for entry-level employment. The duties of this position consist of, but are not limited to, providing instruction.
Requirements
- Possession of appropriate educational credentials as determined by the Maryland State Board of Education.
- No experience required.
Nice To Haves
- Three (3) years of experience working in the Auto Body repair field.
- Candidates who possess current Trades and Industry Certification with MSDE that is directly related to Automobile Mechanics.
