About The Position

Entry Level Body Shop Helper / Detailer D’Addario Collision – Shelton, CT D’Addario Auto Group has been a family owned and operated automotive dealership since 1968. D’Addario Collision is a busy, growing body shop located in Shelton, CT, and we are looking to add another team member to our Body Shop staff. This is a full-time, entry-level position with opportunities for growth and hands-on training within the collision repair industry. We are looking for a motivated, dependable individual who is eager to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
• Automotive or body shop experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Valid driver’s license and able to pass background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced body shop technicians with daily tasks
• Perform light body work and shop support duties
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the body shop
• Wash and detail vehicles prior to customer delivery
• Move vehicles throughout the dealership and shop as needed
• Assist with parts handling and general shop operations
• Follow dealership safety procedures and shop standards
