G & C Auto Body, a family-owned and operated company since 1972, is seeking experienced Auto Body General Managers to join their elite team. With 66 locations across Northern California & Nevada and plans for further expansion, the company offers a family feel with the structure and support of a larger corporation. This role is ideal for Journeyman Service Writers with extensive DRP knowledge looking to advance into management.

Requirements

• Auto body shop service writing/ estimating with DRP Experience, we're ready to help you grow your career!
• Experience using CCC One, Mitchell and I-Car programs
• High energy with a sense of urgency
• Prior experience with direct repair programs
• Excellent operational AND leadership abilities
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
• Ability to pass a background check and receive approval from our insurance partners

• You will be the key driver of outcomes at your shop, and will be compensated accordingly

Benefits

• Pay: $120,000 – 160,000/year expected annual compensation (100,000-130,000 annual salary plus eligibility for profit sharing incentives expected to range from 2000 to 4000 per month)
