About The Position
G & C Auto Body, a family-owned and operated company since 1972, is seeking an experienced Auto Body Estimator for its Marysville location. With 66 locations across Northern California and Nevada and plans for further expansion in 2026, G & C Auto Body offers a family-like atmosphere with the structure and support of a larger corporation. Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year estimating in an auto body shop required
- Experience using CCC One, Mitchell and I-Car programs
- Excellent customer service/sales background
- Ability to multitask, manage several jobs at once
- Attention to detail/Quick learner/Positive can do attitude
- Must have a valid California Driver's License
- Must be able to pass background check & drug screen prior to hire
- Must receive approval from our insurance partners during your employment
Nice To Haves
- Working with direct repair programs, DRP is preferred

Benefits
- Competitive Compensation: $85,000 - 120,000 expected annual compensation (22 to 30 per hour plus eligibility for commission incentives expected to range from 3000 to 5000 per month)
