About The Position
North Country Auto Body & Mechanical is seeking an experienced Auto Body Estimator to join their professional, customer-focused collision repair team. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering accurate estimates, providing exceptional customer service, and working alongside highly skilled technicians.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of Auto Body Estimating experience.
- Proficient with the CCC ONE Estimating Platform.
- DRP experience.
- Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures and insurance estimating.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely collision repair estimates using CCC ONE.
- Communicate with insurance companies, customers, and technicians throughout the repair process.
- Review vehicle damage and develop comprehensive repair plans.
- Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding repair progress.
- Ensure repairs meet manufacturer and insurance standards.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from estimate to vehicle delivery.
