Experienced Auto Body Estimator
About The Position
G & C Auto Body, a family-owned and operated company since 1972, is seeking an experienced Auto Body Estimator for one of its Solano County locations. With a strong commitment to excellence and world-class customer service, G & C Auto Body has grown to 61 locations across Northern California and plans further expansion. Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year estimating in an auto body shop required
- Experience using CCC One, Mitchell and I-Car programs
- Excellent customer service/sales background
- Ability to multitask, manage several jobs at once
- Attention to detail/Quick learner/Positive can do attitude
- Must have a valid California Driver's License
- Must be able to pass background check & drug screen prior to hire
- Must receive approval from our insurance partners during your employment
Nice To Haves
- Working with direct repair programs, DRP is preferred

Benefits
- Competitive Compensation: $85,000 - $120,000 expected annual compensation
- Commissions expected to range from $3000 to $5000 per month
