Experienced Auto Body Estimator
About The Position
G & C Auto Body, a family-owned and operated company since 1972, is seeking an experienced Auto Body Estimator for one of its Sonoma County locations. Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year estimating in an auto body shop required
- Experience using CCC One, Mitchell and I-Car programs
- Excellent customer service/sales background
- Ability to multitask, manage several jobs at once
- Attention to detail/Quick learner/Positive can do attitude
- Must have a valid California Driver's License
- Must be able to pass background check & drug screen prior to hire
- Must receive approval from our insurance partners during your employment
Nice To Haves
- Working with direct repair programs, DRP is preferred
Responsibilities
- Estimating in an auto body shop
- Using CCC One, Mitchell and I-Car programs
- Working with direct repair programs (DRP)
- Providing excellent customer service/sales
- Multitasking and managing several jobs simultaneously
- Maintaining attention to detail
- Learning quickly and maintaining a positive can-do attitude
Benefits
- Competitive Compensation: $85,000 - 120,000 expected annual compensation (22 to 30 per hour plus eligibility for commission incentives expected to range from 3000 to 5000 per month)
