Requirements

Automotive experience required, with parts knowledge, technician, or collision knowledge preferred.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with web-based programs and fast typing abilities.
Strong math skills and a knack for accurate calculations.
Professional personality and appearance.
Valid PA Driver’s License.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service background.

Nice To Haves

Parts knowledge, technician, or collision knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

Understand the full life cycle of a claim from beginning to end.
Develop and implement customer service processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Check in and deliver vehicles, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately.
Review repair plans and participate in developing proper repair plans for each vehicle.
Prepare accurate estimates in accordance with insurance partner and company guidelines.
Maintain and execute a timely schedule before, during, and after the completion of repairs.
Maintain excellent communication with auto body technicians, insurance companies, and customers on a daily basis.
