Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Automotive buffing experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Demonstrated integrity, respect, and accountability.
• Ability to provide high-level customer service and build customer satisfaction and retention.
• Ability to develop and display innovative approaches and ideas.
• Ability to contribute to a positive team spirit and support colleagues' efforts to succeed.
• Ability to use hands and to talk and hear; frequently stand, sit, and walk, occasionally for long periods; occasionally reach with hands and arms and move objects up to 20 pounds.
• Close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus; ability to assess accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of assigned work.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum and clean the interior and exterior of each vehicle, including windows.
• Visually inspect vehicles for flaws in repaired areas.
• Perform complete vehicle detailing after repairs are completed.
• Organize and maintain the inventory of detail department supplies.
• Maintain service standards and quality requirements.
• Stage vehicles, including tapping and cutting.
• Polish, buff, and nib vehicles.
• Perform minor paint work and minor painting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
