About The Position

Carvana is seeking an Experienced Heavy Body Technician to join their team. This role involves performing extensive bodywork on multiple panels and training other autobody technicians. Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive bodywork experience
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
• Ability to sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English

Nice To Haves

• Experience in heavy plastic welding/stapling
• Experience in heavy metal pulling, straightening, shrinking, and stud welding
• Experience in roof and rocker panel repair
• Experience in large area, heavy bodywork (including Bondo repair)
