About The Position

Carvana is seeking an Experienced Heavy Body Technician with a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive bodywork experience to join their team. This role involves training other autobody technicians and performing extensive bodywork on multiple panels. The position is located in one of Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers. They emphasize selling cars that they would sell to their own mothers and have built multiple vehicle Reconditioning Centers to ensure cars are in first-rate condition before being sold. Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive bodywork experience
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
Must be at least 18 years of age
Possess a valid driver’s license
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
Ability to sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
Willingness to use safety equipment (face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment)
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
