Requirements
- Experienced Auto Body Tech / Bodyman ONLY
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a collision repair organization
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
- Read and interpret written repair orders
Nice To Haves
- I-CAR certifications a plus, but not required for all positions
Responsibilities
- Restore vehicle back to pre-accident condition
- Includes tear down and reassembly
- Welding
- Replacing panels
- Grind, sand and fill repair panels
- Framework
- Additional duties as assigned to ensure an efficient and quality repair
Benefits
- Pay: $80,000 - 150,000 expected annually (30 to 36 per hour plus eligibility for variable production-based bonuses expected to range from 2400 to 4500 per month)
