Requirements
- 3+ years of experience handling auto BI claims (first-party and third-party)
- Active Adjuster License
- Familiar with demand evaluation, attorney negotiation, and reserve setting
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
- Collaborative, curious, and comfortable with change
