About The Position

We’re looking for Airbrush Technicians with a minimum of 1 year of professional automotive painting experience to join us at Carvana. As an Entry-Level Airbrush Technician, you’ll be expected to color-match, mix paint, and airbrush vehicles. If you’re joining us in an entry-level position, we offer training programs to make sure your skills and pay progress along with the company. This is a 2nd shift position with hours from Monday to Thursday 7pm - 5:30am.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of professional automotive painting experience
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
• Ability to sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
