About The Position

Fast Track ABA Center is seeking compassionate, energetic, and motivated individuals to join our team as a Behavior Technician through our Entry Level Autism Therapist Program. This entry-level opportunity is designed for individuals who are passionate about working with children and interested in building a rewarding career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). No prior ABA experience is required—we provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed. At Fast Track ABA Center, we are dedicated to helping children with autism reach their full potential through evidence-based ABA therapy. Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A passion for working with children
  • Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Dependability and professionalism
  • A willingness to learn and receive feedback
  • Ability to actively engage with children, sit on the floor, stand frequently, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
  • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

Responsibilities

  • Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism.
  • Implement individualized treatment programs designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
  • Collect and record data during therapy sessions.
  • Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and professional development.
  • Collaborate with caregivers and clinical team members to support each child's progress.
  • Create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
