About The Position

ABA Centers of Washington is seeking dedicated Autism Therapists to join their team. This full-time position offers competitive starting rates and a sign-on bonus for Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles)
  • Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in childcare, education, or related fields
  • Experience working with children or adolescents
  • Prior exposure to ABA services

Responsibilities

  • Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs
  • Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
  • Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
  • Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
  • Collaborate closely with BCBAs, team members, and families
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
  • Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed
