This role involves providing one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in clients' homes to children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities. The goal is to help these children develop essential communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills, fostering greater independence. The position offers comprehensive paid training, clinical support, and mentorship from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). ABA is an evidence-based approach that utilizes positive reinforcement and individualized strategies to teach skills and help manage challenging behaviors, celebrating each milestone achieved by the child.
