About The Position

California Behavioral Treatment Center (CBTC) is seeking qualified Autism Support Professionals, also known as Behavior Interventionists, to join their team. This entry-level position involves providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in their homes, schools, and communities. You will work with a team to help clients learn and grow by teaching communication, social, and self-help skills through one-to-one ABA services. The role requires implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data, and documenting client progress.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (REQUIRED)
• Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Must pass TB test
• Must pass criminal background check/fingerprinting clearance

Nice To Haves

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Communication Disorders, Education or related field is not required but preferred
• Bilingual English and Spanish speakers are in high demand!

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services
• Implement behavior intervention plans
• Collect data and document child's progress and performance
• Oversee Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment to children with autism in home and school settings

Benefits

• Pay is NEGOTIABLE starting at $22.00 to $26 per hour, based on experience and educational background.
