About The Position

At Precious Care ABA, you'll do more than work with children—you'll help them build the communication, confidence, and everyday skills that can change the course of their lives. Whether you already have experience supporting children with autism or you're looking to start a rewarding career in behavioral health, we'll give you the training, support, and mentorship you need to succeed. As an Autism Paraprofessional (Behavior Technician), you'll provide one-on-one, in-home support to children with autism using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Every child has different goals, so every day looks a little different. You'll help children build skills like communication, social interaction, daily living skills, emotional regulation, play and learning, and independence. You'll work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), who will coach and support you every step of the way.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Comfortable traveling to client homes
Ability to work independently while following clinical guidance
Strong communication skills
Reliability and consistency
A willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

ABA or autism experience is a plus—but not required.

Responsibilities
