About The Position

JUMPSTART AUTISM COLLECTIVE in ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO is looking to hire part-time Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with learners, children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental delays, providing center-based services in a supportive team environment. This entry-level position in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) offers an extensive paid training program that exceeds industry standards and includes earning a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. JumpStart Autism Collective utilizes a combination of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Precision Teaching (PT) to deliver effective services. Requirements

Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle that is registered and insured.
High school diploma or equivalent (no college degree required).
Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.

Interest in breaking into the fields of psychology, child development, counseling, social work, education, occupational therapy, or speech-language pathology.

Responsibilities

Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental delays.
Provide center-based services.
Implement behaviorally based clinical protocols with fidelity.
Chart data and make data-based decisions within treatment sessions.
Assist in the maintenance of learner materials.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and treatment environment.
Utilize safe and appropriate crisis intervention and prevention strategies with all learners.
Implement customized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programming under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
