Founded in Ventura, California in 2024 by Dr. Jeremy Wilson, PhD, BCBA-D, we empower clients of all ages—from young children to adults—through personalized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our dedicated team of professionals is committed to helping each client build essential skills, foster independence, and thrive within their community. In this role, you will report to the Assistant Clinical Director and Director and work in collaboration with another Office Administrator to support center operations by assisting in the management of clinical scheduling and correspondence with clients and staff, updating clinician availability and appointments in a practice management system, and entering and managing client authorizations. You will also assist with client onboarding, discharges, and referrals, support staff onboarding and scheduling, and participate in the credentialing and recredentialing process. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing clinic communications.
