We are looking for a certain kind of person who kneels down to a child's eye level, patiently brings the same positivity to the tenth try as the first, and celebrates a small win like it's the biggest thing that happened all week. We call them teammates who change lives. We will teach you the skills needed for this role. You will work 1:1 with children ages 18 months to 6 years who have a diagnosis of autism, in a center-based environment. Day to day, that means delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), guided by individualized treatment plans, building skills through play, connection, and presence, tracking progress and documenting sessions using ABA technology, creating a safe, positive environment for every child, and preparing for your RBT certification exam within your first 45 days. At Caravel, we help children with autism discover their potential and help their families thrive. We support each other’s progress and push the industry to improve. We turn difficult circumstances into small moments of progress, and eventually into big steps forward. This work is relentless and demanding — guided by scientific rigor and fueled by the kind of steady, sensitive care that only our teammates can bring.
