Behavioral Perspective (BPI) is seeking passionate individuals to join their team as Behavior Technicians, providing essential therapy services to children, teens, and young adults with Autism. This role involves providing individualized, one-on-one therapy sessions in various settings, including BPI clinics, client homes, schools, and community settings. Behavior Technicians work directly with clients to develop self-advocacy skills, acquire crucial life skills, enhance communication, learn socially significant behaviors, manage challenging behaviors, and improve social interactions. The position requires individuals to serve as positive role models and advocates, witnessing the meaningful impact of their efforts on clients' lives.
