Requirements

1+ years of experience in auditing, data entry, administrative support, accounting, records management, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and computer systems
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Dependable, professional, and willing to learn

Responsibilities

Review records, reports, and documentation for accuracy and completeness
Identify discrepancies, errors, and missing information
Verify supporting documentation and reconcile information across systems
Document findings and maintain accurate records of completed reviews
Collect, organize, and maintain invoices, reports, employee records, and other business documents
Enter and update information in company databases and spreadsheets
Communicate with internal teams to resolve missing information or corrections
Assist with reports and special audit projects as needed
Identify opportunities to improve accuracy and existing processes
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive company and employee information
