Auditor - 2nd Shift
About The Position
We are looking for passionate, hard-working individuals to join our production staff. This role involves developing, planning, and troubleshooting solutions to quality or performance problems while incorporating training, seminars, and developing technologies, and providing technical assistance. The ideal candidate must be able to think abstractly, consider several factors to arrive at solutions, and incorporate new technologies into auditing and problem-solving processes. This position requires performing inspections of assembled generators and components, conducting failure analysis, and providing technical assistance to production and quality assurance teams.
Requirements
- Must be able to read and interpret technical specifications, drawings, work instructions, electro mechanical, electronic and electrical systems.
- High School Diploma / GED Required

- Requires considerable concentration in the troubleshooting of problems.
- Must be able to think abstractly, considering several factors to arrive at solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develops, plans, and recommends workable solutions to quality or performance problems.
- Incorporates training, seminars, and developing technologies into auditing and problem solving.
- Performs inspections of assembled generators and components in all departments to detect and report any nonconformances.
- Performs failure analysis of warranty returns, customer complaints, and in-house test failures.
- Provides technical assistance to production and quality assurance functions.
- Exercises good housekeeping in work area.
- Observes good safety practices in performance of job.
