About The Position

At Zotec Partners, we are transforming the healthcare industry and are looking for an Auditor, Quality Assurance, Refunds to join our team. This is a remote position. As an Auditor, Quality Assurance, Refunds, you will be responsible for completing compliance-related audits specific to operational procedures for Monthly/Weekly Invoice Audits within the Quality Assurance Refunds Team. We are a team of innovators, collaborators, and doers, with over 900 employees strong, dedicated to simplifying the business of healthcare for physicians.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to understand, analyze and interpret medical billing documentation and data
• Physician billing experience in one or more of the following areas: AR, Refunds, or Payments
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to understand critical issues and bring appropriate resolution through problem solving and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet specific goals and objectives
• Professional exercises discretion and independent judgment in day-to-day work
• Must be able to collaborate effectively within a team setting

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze audit data and present findings to operational personnel
• Recommend process or system changes to management that will increase effectiveness, production, or general output
• May also complete compliance related audits that are particular to operational procedures
• Write and present results and conclusions in a clear and intelligible way so they are comprehensible to a non-expert audience
• Complete all other duties as assigned
