About The Position

The Oklahoma State Auditor and Inspector’s Office is looking for an Auditor I to join our team. This is an opportunity to use your accounting and organizational skills in a role that directly supports the work of our agency and helps promote accountability and transparency in Oklahoma government. Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in accounting is required.
Transcripts and other education documentation must be provided.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Background and security clearance are required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and CAATS.
A valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Utilize accounting and auditing skills as part of an audit team that evaluates compliance with Federal laws and regulations, oil and gas industry regulations, and Office of Natural Resources Revenue policies and procedures.
