Requirements

• Proficient knowledge of Excel
• Point of Sale experience in retail or restaurant businesses
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• General ledger knowledge a plus
• Ability to commute/relocate to Loxley, AL 36551: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
• Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)

• Point of Sale experience in retail or restaurant business

Responsibilities

• Auditing all forms of: Promotional discounts, Loyalty rewards, Voids, Manager meals, Employee discounts, Tax exempt sales
• Communicate areas of concern to management regarding audit findings
• Bank reconciliation
• Cash related journal entries
• Accounts Payable backup position including statement reconciliation
• Sales tax filing backup position
